Soy Lime Spicy Grilled Shrimp



These Soy Lime Spicy Grilled Shrimp are bursting with flavor from the tangy lime juice, savory soy sauce, and spicy chili powder. They make a delicious and keto-friendly appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper

Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat

Let marinate for 15-20 minutes

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Thread shrimp onto skewers if using wooden skewers, otherwise place directly on the grill grate

Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are opaque and slightly charred

Remove from grill and serve with lime wedges and fresh cilantro
