Pineapple Sage Champagne



The tropical sweetness of pineapple and the earthy smell of sage come together in this refreshing and herbaceous cocktail. The fizz of the champagne makes it even better.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz sage-infused simple syrup
  • Chilled champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions:

In a shaker, combine pineapple juice and sage-infused simple syrup with ice

Shake well and strain into a champagne flute

Top with chilled champagne or sparkling wine

Garnish with a sage leaf or pineapple wedge if desired
