Gluten-Free Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Indulge in the deliciousness of summer with this gluten-free version of Strawberry Pretzel Salad. It combines the sweetness of strawberries, the creaminess of cream cheese, and the crunch of pretzels for a delightful dessert or side dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free pretzels, crushed
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
- 2 3 oz packages strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 16 oz package frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 8 oz container dairy-free whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Crush the pretzels and mix them with melted butter and granulated sugar in a bowl
Put it in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and press it down
Set the oven to 10 minutes
Let it cool all the way down
Cream cheese and powdered sugar should be mixed together in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth
Do not beat the whipped topping
Put on top of the pretzel crust that has cooled
In a different bowl, mix boiling water with strawberry gelatin
Add frozen strawberries and mix well
Let it get a little thicker, then pour it over the cream cheese layer
Set in the fridge for about 4 hours
Spread dairy-free whipped topping on top before going to serve
Serve cold
