Cherry Sherbet



This Cherry Sherbet is a refreshing vegan treat perfect for cooling down on hot summer days. Made with fresh cherries and coconut milk, it's creamy, fruity, and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a blender, combine cherries, coconut milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer

Every 30 minutes, stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals

Continue freezing and stirring until the sherbet reaches your desired consistency, typically about 2-3 hours

Serve in chilled bowls or cones and enjoy!
